accident claim

our car got hit from behind with overspeed car and our car got tumbled. we have expired insurance and car is in total loss state. whether we can claim car total loss damage in mact filing?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether it's possible to file a MACT claim for a total car loss when the insurance policy had expired at the time of the accident. The user's car was hit from behind by an overspeeding vehicle, resulting in a total loss. Despite the expired insurance, advice suggests that a claim might still be possible under Section 166 of the MV Act.
