Abuse in public place and threating to beat

if some body abuse some one and threating to beat in public place

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the legal aspects of being subjected to abuse and threats in a public place. It highlights that such offences might be non-cognizable, meaning police intervention requires a magistrate's permission. The advice given is to initially try and ignore the threats for a period, and if the issue persists, to consult a local legal advocate for guidance and potential action.

Introspect and keep silent for a period of two weeks trying to ignore such threats then meet a local advocate for proper remedy if that problem still disturbs you after two weeks.

It is advisable to consult a local prudent lawyer with relevant information/ facts for proper analyses, professional guidance and necessary proceeding if there is some truth in the story, which is prima facie a fabricated time pass topic.
