I have applied for divorce and child custody and there is no response from husbands end till now,,,, three hearings have gone.. They are not responding not attending the to the court. What would be the next procedures. Its almost 6 months no response

Dear Querist
if the summon is not served upon him then apply for publication before court and if the summon has been served on him then approach for ex-party order.

yes its been served to the respondant but still no reply.
