About sc reservation in promotion

There are 11 posts of Level A which is to be promoted from Level B. According to Reservation roaster being followed 1, 7, 15, 22 and so on are reserved for SC. 11th is for handicapped. In present situation there are 8 general, 2 SC and 1 handicappedcandidates at level A. Among these Four general candidates are being retired soon. Please tell next four candidates who would be promoted shall be general or as per roaster 15th post would be given to SC. Regards

If there is adequacy in SC category then it will go to the General category. Otherwise, the 15th roaster point will be filled in.

Members are not competent, your superior authority, depending on the facts on record may decide. If there is injustice, then you can go to Tribunal or court.
