provident fund check got baunse for the third time what i do now? first time it got baunse becuase no sign was there on it after that i went pf office & after it got baunse for the second time i have consulted both the banks no reason was given to me for that matter please suggest me what to do?

Make an application in writing to the bank for giving you the reason for bouncing of the cheque. Thereafter, you can file a suit under Sec. 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act for cheque bouncing or also can file a suit in Consumer Court.
