I have property with my brother. There is one common room for my brothers and me. We have done mutation seperately. We divided square feet area of that room with brothers and pay tax. Is this method is right to pay tax of common area.please answer

Since you have done mutation, the property tax payment separately done is correct

Since the property has been mutated on each individual's name, then it becomes the duty of the individual to pay property tax to his or her own share of property
