Hello friends ,
my wife has filed maintanance & domestic violence,i also filed RCR,but my question is that maintanace case in evidence stage ,how many witness i have to give,my lawayer is saying that i should keep some witness for domestic violance & RCR ,so i dont need to present all the witness in maintanance,only 2-3 witness will be ok 7 main witness we will show in RCR 7 domestic violence.is my lawayer giving me right advice.or i have to present all the witness in maintanace only.

maintenance , under which section? any divorce proceedings?

you may give as many as witnesses as you wish but all the witnessess must be related with facts. kindly note producing nos. of witnesses may result nos. of contractions also.

quantity does not matter. Any reliable witness and favours you to be placed before court

It is not the quantity but the quality of witness that counts as per the Indian Evidence Act.
