about local body of advocates

sir ,
weather a local legal body registered under up bar council can protect the rights of its member in any private suit/case.if yes then how.

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether a local legal body, registered under the UP Bar Council, can protect its members' rights in private suits. While bar associations are established to promote professional competence and ethical conduct, their ability to intervene directly in private cases is questioned. The consensus suggests they primarily act as safeguards for their members rather than intervening in individual private disputes.

Bar associations are safe guard to its members. An organization of lawyers established to promote professional competence, enforce standards of ethical conduct, and encourage a spirit of public service among members of the legal profession.
