about enrollment in State Bar Counsel

I pursued my law regular mode which is approved by UGC &BCI with open degree with 3years distance course, thereafter I obtained +2 and 10th can I eligible to enrollment in State Bar Counsel TS bar council not accepted my qualifications what relief I avail to enroll

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a query regarding eligibility for enrollment in the State Bar Council, specifically in Telangana. The individual completed a regular law degree after an open university degree, plus 10th and +2. However, the TS Bar Council rejected their qualifications. The consensus is that a distance education component for the basic degree, even with a regular law degree, disqualifies one from advocate enrollment as it's not recognised by the BCI.

Distance course  does not qualify for BCI registration, you must be holding a regular law degree professional course.

The distant education for basic degree is not recognised as legally valid qualification to enrol yourself as an Advocate by the bar council even though you have done the three years law degree by regular mode.
