About Detained and Debarred ?

Hello sir,

Please guide me about..

CONDITION

- I have failed in 12 class in a academic year and I have detained in same class an another academic year due to low attendance.

Then I have completed my intemidiate privately from same Board.

Also I have completed my collage without any debbrated and rusticated.

Now after a lot of year I got a central government job.

But there is a problem during filling the attestation form becouse there is a question that...

Have you ever been debarred from any examination ? Yes/No

What I should be choosen yes or No ?

While in my school transffer certificate are two point written by principal ..

1. Failed (in one academic year)

2. Detained(in another academic year)

What I should do?
