about debt

Sir/mam 1year ago somebody took some money in bases of stamp paper. But now he refused to give money what should I do.

Consult a lawyer and get issued a legal notice demanding return of the amount together with interest if agreed in the stamp paper. The lawyer would have to first examine the repayment condition/s agreed in the said paper. If he/she does not return the money you may have to file a suit before a civil court for recovery of the amount.
