Sir, BCI clearly states that whoever has completed their LLB in the year 2009-2010 have to take up BCI entrance exam in order to start practicing in courts. So, though you had joined law before 2009, you will have to take this exam. Pl submit the application fast as last date for filing applications is 30th October.
