Ab in case of 498a

Hi,

I am victim of false 498A/406 case. CAW cell mediation fails. Now game of AB starts in Rohini court. Mediation also failed. Court asked me to stay wife in delhi. I work in mumbai. My wife has extramarital affairs. I submit proof of photo/Audio/emails etc of both. Last 6 months call details of my wife. My wife reputed all details. AND gave money to Prashant vihar SI. He gave wrong report in rohini court. Bail rejected.

Now i have to go to high court for bail.

1. What is cost of AB in high court. ?

2. Any other wy to move ahead in it.

Marriage is 12 yrs old and I have 10 yr old son which is thier custody.

AB in HC will cost nearly50k.

Getting AB is prime important in ur case.

Now no AB since bail is rejected by lower court. You can go in revision first in District court and than high court.

How can it be possible for some one to determine the cost of anticipatory bail?

The same varies from lawyer to lawyer.. Some lawyers charge even upto 5 lakhs and some as less as 10000. Documentation charges may requires aroiund 1000 rs including photocopies..

Have you enquired about whether the IO has obtained permission to arrest or not?
