Aadhar card copy

Hi,

My friend is out side india from last 5 years and his indian mobile number is deactivated and he lost his aadhar card abroad.

How can he recover his aadhar card from Aadhar card authorities in india?Is there anyway he can download his aadhar card copy by giving his basic details like name, dob etc?
