Dear Sir/Madam, I had looked a flat in thane which is grampanchayat area. There builder has oc,cc,na of the property. From this we can confirm,whether or flat is legal or not???.If yes, what would be main point which I have to see,which is mentioned in that.
Please help with my query

File RTI Application to Municipal Administration Ministry of Maharashtra online with Rs.10/- RTI fee. Rs.10
Information solicited:
1. Please provide the legal validity of permission by the construction of Apartments by.............. (builder) with the permission of ................grama panchayat.
Contact a local advocate and take his opinion with such RERA approvals to the builder.

Thane is no more a gram panchayat area it is under Municipal Corporation.
