Again complain to the Dy.Registrar that even on his orders they are not giving you the information.  

Report the matter to State Registrar Cooperative Societies.

Yes I posted Rs.50,000/- was removed from Socty a/c by Secy staying in Nalasopara CHS Vasai Taluk ,Dist.Palghar & Chairman physically staying in Dombivili for over 5 years  who was not sacked nor did Chairman resign so.jointly they signed chqs.no bills..no quotations..no Chqs counter foils nor chq.bks were given..at the time of Rs.50,000/-withdrawal for grill fencing (urgent Structural Audit & bldg repairs were cancelled) to keep straydogs out..secy & Chairman had huge outstanding..so socty's ant was used
