Ours is a democratic nation and all the citizens are equal. The State (Government) of Union of India has no difference among citizens based on religion, caste, region, language, colour, class, gender etc. There State (Government) of UOI has to provide equal opportunity for all citizens irrespective of their religion, caste, region, language, colour, class, gender etc. Therefore, it is the constitutional duty bond to the State (Government) of UOI to treat all the citizens equal while providing the resources to the citizens.
At present there are very big differences seen base on the region and language. Though it is social era and the State (Government) of UOI cannot control the personal or private lives and business but as for as the State (government)'s resources concerned is should not encourage any such approach, moreover, it is the duty bond to the constitution the State of UOI should discourage any such approach which creates differences. The State of UOI should do such things which will end these differences. Therefore, all the government services in every corner of UOI should be given to any citizen irrespective of their religion or language so that the people of all the corners of India will go to the other corners.
A Centralised Employment Exchange should be established which will publish all the vacancies anywhere in UOI. No state level appointment should be done and the state governments should not interfere into it. The state governments can only send their need of clerks, officers or other technical staff such as engineers, doctors accountants, stenos etc. to the CEE (Centralised Employment Exchange).
The problem of language should be sort out by appointing translators. For example a Tamil citizen apply for a post in Bengal but he don't know Bengali language in that case he should know the English (the intercontinental language). Similarly, if a citizen from UP apply for a post at Tamil but if he do not know Tamil language so he should know the English language. By virtue of there working in a different area with the help of translators everyone will become able to work at a different language area.
By this way not only the India will come out of region & language shortsightedness but will come up in a global attitude and the main problem of Indian societies for quarrelling for unnecessary things will be sorted out.
But I know that the politicians will never like this idea since they will lose their voter groups.
My concern here is only that what my intellectual LCI friends do think on it?
