99 years lease evection

We have ancestral Industrial Plot property which was given for Lease 99 years and Lease period was over in 2009. There is proper lease deed which is registered which says after the lease period Lessee need to leave the property as it is to Lessor. What Action we can take to evict the Lessee and how much time it may take to get .

Thanks for the information but i am hearing from some of the sources that the Lessee can drag the case for Years up 10-15 years  is that true.

To avoid further delay / loss of time -you have to  issue notice and  to file suit for eviction  - contact local advocate -For  Eviction suit disposal 10-15 years time is not  required -  it may be  2-3 years -Your source of inforamtion  regarding 10-15 years is not correct ,  However your Lcoal Advocate will guide you properly  !
