7/12 extract mentioned wrong area

i have farm land which have my grandfather old document mentioned 0.91 hectare land but in my father's 7/12 extract mentioned only 0.64 hectares. also we have full control over land of 0.91 hec. we did not have dispute over controlled land to any of our neighbours farm land.
