can only one name on 7/12 extract indicates the person whose name is appearing on 7/12 extract is absolute owner of that agricultural land or should we search for other record. Can one purchase agri. land coming under 32 g .I am staying in Maharashtra I shall be greatful if somebody will guide in the matter

After getting 7/12 extract, get property card. A property card provides information about the ownership of a property and history of holdings of a land located in urban area.
