IF we SEE central act Setion 506 para 2 of IPC is  bailable and non-cognizable.Hey somebody told me that in haryana offence mentioned in setion 506 para 2 of IPC is cognizable and non-bailable. Hey Is That information correct that in haryana offence mentioned in setion 506 para 2 of IPC is cognizable and non-bailable. IF yes Do you know the by which haryana  state amendment acts it was done so and notification numbers by which they were  enforced.  Please tell me.

if a person who has gun in his hand and coomited only offence releted 506, then that person can do nothing in future.

My Fence has been destroyed by one of our adjacent  and encroahced 1/3rd of the plot, I have already lodge FIR against the adjacent and re-erected the fence at actual boundary. so my question is what is the procedure to claim damages thereto. please help
