Respected Members/Lawyers,
I wanted to know whether a 498A case can be transferred from one state A ( complant lodged in this state and absolutely no jurisdiction for trial , false case ) to another state B ( baseless allegations in FIR say incidents took place here ) after Chargesheet has been filed in state A . Do we need to appeal in State A high court or State B high court or Supreme court for the transfer.
Earlier in this forum respected lawyers/members had advised to go for quashing after chargesheet is filed . If the case gets quashed , can the complainant still file another 498A complaint or there is nothing left for her to file a 498A complaint again.
Is Quashing of FIR and Chargesheet same thing ?
