We got married in the last November (2012) and she filed 498 in last June and DV case in October. Recently I came to know that few days ago she left USA for study purpose and I am pretty much she won’t come to India at least for 10 months. Can I use this time to apply for ex parte divorce, because she won’t be able to respond to the notices sent by me so that I will get divorce?
