Hi.
My sister is also accused in my FIR for Dowry. She stays abroad. Now cops want her detials: address , place of work etc.
Can someone please advise what is the Procedure for A3/A4 who stay abroad? I am advised that AB cannot be granted if person is abroad.
Please PM me, if you have any advise or experience on the matter.
