in teenon judgement ko padh kar lagta hai...counter case ko quash karwaana kaafi easy hai....Isliye bhaiyon biwi se nahi banti hai to divorce file karo koi counter case ho to quash ke liye jao....kya kahte ho experts bhai.....

Dear Advocates,

As per Judgement copy, I am curious to know that, Section 482/IPC - Entire family name will be quashed if we show the eveidence, such as my brother wife has been mentioned few dates in FIR On those days my Brother was out side india, Pass-port shows he was at JAPAN.. Please advise accused name will be get delated in this section 498A..
