If wife is not staying with in laws from the time of marriage till now (4 years) and visited in laws only 6 times when husband came from abroad for a week. Can she still file false 498a case against the family.

anyone can file any complaint. the accused is innocent untill proved guilty. so u r to prove in the court of law what u r saying.

But when wife is not staying with in laws and and the in laws are also not in phone or any contact from 7 months. how can the girl file a 498a case
