Sir, wife 498a case on me and she mentioned in the FIR that her parents given 150 grms gold to me. But in the police station I submitted all her 80 Grams gold to her parents and same we have taken sign on Rs.100 bond paper and also all elders signed same on the Rs.100 bond paper.But now wife blackmailing and demanding me that give further additional gold which is mentioned in FIR that 150grams gold. Please advise how to proceed with this. Please advise.Thanks.

1 ) What if they say ,that have given 10 lakh cash to your father, how will you prove ?
2) They have given 150gm gold where is rest of 50 gm ? Seems like you have sold and used the cash..!! Right ??
HAHAHAH.. sorry brother.. You just sit relax and let them BARK....Tell them simply watever u have , u hve given and rest you dnt have. Give them time to show bills ... untill u can send RTI to police to recover the bills with service and sales tax with investigation . File the case in sales tax deptt for bogus bills.
