498a dv can withdraw on mcd?

Hi Team,

My wife put 498a,DV but now i willing to give her 1 time alimony ..

so she can take both cases behind & do MCD with me?

 

please let me know  ur valuable feedback.

my father in law is ACP in that..then if he wish..he could stop matter..and he can stop..this?

First see whether she is ready for divorce, if so, what is her demand, she may say anything...you should be able to pay her as demanded by her....if so, then in the consent terms, deposit money in the Court, take divorce i.e file affdvt of evidence then sahewill rmove 498a dvc, etc, and the she will be allowed to withdraw money...simple

Even im in same situation my io said he is sending report to cp to hold the challan as mediation is done and settlement is reached so is it possible that cp can hold challan for 5 to 6 months
