498a conviction componding in hc

Hi All,

A1 is cnvicted in trail court and also in appeal(session court) under 498A only. Criminal revision petition is filed in AP HC and is pending. Parties came into settlement and want to compound it.

What is the impact on A1 career if this case is componded.

I mean will he get clean acquittal?

is there any issues for his visa if he applies?

is there any diffrence between contested and compromised acquital?

please let us know.

thank You.

No impact on the career of A if case is compounded if necessary points are taken care. While taking Passport you shall be required to give details of case and also your discharge. As such there is no difference. Sidharth 9811776422

Thanks

If the HC dispose the judgement as follows in compound(after compromised) case that means is it clean acquital? Because here the fine which accused paid in lower court conviction is not mentioned to return

"Accordingly, the Criminal Revision is allowed by setting aside the Judgment dated 30.12.2014 passed in Crl.A.No.31 of 2010 on the file of the Family Court-cum-III Additional District and Sessions Judge at Vizianagaram and the petitioner/A-1 is hereby acquitted for the offences under Sections 498-A IPC. "

Thank You.
