498a chargesheet with additional charges

In my 498a chargesheet my wife has stated additional charges which were not mentioned in the fir ..can I raise my objection against this in the court ..are such additions permissible ?

Fir is not an encyclopedia additional charges may be frame if found; if there is any irregularity then file discharge application before the trail court
