498A - chargesheet- Arrest

Dear Sirs, I would like to know the following: 1. I've got AB for the 498A case filed by my wife. Is it possible for them to get my AB quashed and get me arrested after the police files the chargesheet? 2. I am told that it's very difficult to get the FIR quashed after the charge sheet is filed by the police. Is that so? 3. How can I know if charge sheet has been filed? Will the court let me know or should I check directly with the court?

Don't worry, it is very difficult to cancel the A.B. already granted... If you have not violated any condition of bail then no difficulty.. Now if chargesheet is filed then no question to cancel the A. bail...

So far as quashing of FIR or chargesheet or proceedings are concern, it is also difficult task, depends on facts of your case and contents of chargesheet... but still you can take chance of quashing or discharge...

Knowledge of Filing of chargesheet... ask your lawyer.. you also get one copy...
