498a case "pending for admission"

My ex-wife filed 498A, DV cases on me and my parents including sister in 2013 in Bangalore. I got mutual consent divorce from her in Aug-2014 under an agreement that If I pay 12,00,000 as permanent alimony she will withdraw all cases against me and my family. I got the final agreement copy and divorce decree in Oct-2014 after which my lawyer filed quash petition in Karnataka high court in Oct-2014. When I case status online (karnataka high court website) the status is "pending for admission". Please let me know what does this status mean, I checked with my lawyer and he is telling that case will get closed soon. Also since I have original agreement copy Iam assuming that me and my family are safe from 498A as my ex-wife has agreed to co-operate for quashing of same (it is also stated in the agreement)

Sir, Don't worry, but how can the quashing take so long .... ? I mean pending for admission when the quashing is filed in mutual consent divorce ground .... Not digestible.... But tell your lawyer to push the quashing and get it done and move an application along with quashing that your wife has moved some new case despite the divorcee and all ... Warm Regards Kapil Chandna Adv 9899011450
