498A Case in Stay since 2013

Through Quash petition, My case is under stay since 2013.HC judge is not giving dates as the case is legally weak and opposite party filed a counter in 2014 and after that it is not trying to contest and keep on taking adjournments. How to speed up the process and get the case quashed?

File  a petition in the High Court under Article 227,for expediating the matter mentiioning the reasons.
