498a and summon has been issued

hi,

my wife filed false 498 A and summon has been issued against me and my family. and first summon goes back to court. boz of not a valid summon sent by police.now court again issued the summon.and summon police sent the summon back to court with notice that we are aware of the court date and we did not aspect it.

   what should i do now?

have to appear in court on the date???? or what is next  now???
