498a and dv .. need advice

Hi Experts,

I am fighting DV case which my wife had put against me and also she had filed 498a.

Police has now filed Chargesheet and my next date is in 10 days.

Also my DV Interim Arguments are going on..and i want to concentrate on them.

Can i skip my 498a first date?

What all activities happen in 498a first date.

I saw my case number in internet, do any formal communication comes that Chargesheet has been filed.Can i tell court i was not aware that chargesheet has been filed.

Note: Both DV and 498a with same judge.

Kindly guide.

You accept a memorandum of understanding between and your wife. Let her withdraw DV and 498a cases against you. You promise her live both together and sign on MOU.
