498a and dv b*tch asking for divorce in kanpur

Dear Experts.

498a Ghaziabad Running from 2012
DV Kanpur Running from 2012

Marriage Tenure - 5 months

498a and DV b*tch has filed divorce and running away. If I accept the divorce then she is free.

IF I do not accept the divorce and say I want her back, assuming the character she has .... if she says she is ok to come back what would I do?

I dont want her to come back and I also want divorce but dont want to pay her even a single penny.

Can you guide me how can I deal with this situation tactically?
