Hi
i am facing 498A From last 5 year and is on evidence stage .paying maintance and section 9 that had filesd from my Ex side is dismissed and judgment on my favour.
But she is not ready to give divorce ready to rejoin but i dont want.
Now i have filed Divorce last year in march 2011 .It is also in evidence stage
My question is :
1.How much chance to get divorce on based on curelty and desertion.
2.Should i wait for 498A desision then countinue with divorce case.because i have heared that if in 498A i proved innocent then automatic i got divorce.
please suggest...
