498a acquitted usa visa question

Hello  my sister in law filed a 498a case against me (A5)and my whole family in 2014.i was arrested and sent to judicial remand after 2 days and then granted bail.We fought the case based on merit and won the case.

now i am trying to apply for US visa. What should i mention in form DS-160 for the following question : Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any offense or crime, even though subject of a pardon, amnesty, or other similar action?

If i answer yes.what documents should i present durning the interview ?
