i false 498a case
in chargesheet, wrong name given of my aged mother and sister by police and written as "farar" without investigation.
my mother and sister hs not taken bail till date beacuase my mother can not walk.
what will happen next regarding mi mother and sister.
what wil be the result of this false case and time taken and expenses of lawyers
