notice served to girl and she appeared in court ,in front of judge by holding the mediation agreement she told judge that she wants divorce first

by hearing the girl the judge ordered (as per meiation agreement between parties arrived at in case number 123 ,the fir is to be quashed after divorce by MC adjournd sine die)

now my divorce is on 9th of this month

after completion of divorce proceedings file an application before registrar for listing the matter before court for final order.
