498a 323 504 506 3/4 dowry prohibition

Once again, a lying woman/her family has abused the law in India to ruin a honest family. There is a caveat in HC in UP that if the family goes to quash the FIR/Get stay against arrest, the accuser shall be notified.

Now the question is that if the husband's family goes in section 482 and the petition to quash the FIR is denied, the family has to surrender? What other options they have to shut the mouth of this lying woman/her family?

if they had filed for caveat means you wont get any exparte order nor you have to surrender

court will sent a notice to the opposite party and will there have any objection
