Without going into the details in FIR no one can advise you.  Quashing of a case is not just a procedural act.  Your case should have sufficient merits for quashing.

I totally agree with Mr. Gundlapallis.  I further add, the test for quashing FIR under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is that (1) The High will not go into detailed enquiry whether the accused is innocent or not (2) if the allegations laid down in FIR deemed to be proved totally and then also the offences described in Section 498-A are not made out, the accused will be let out by quashing the FIR.
