Subject:  498 case quashed against all accused on mutual compromise basis in HIGH COURT , HYD BUT in TRIAL COURT , NAMPALLY COURT NOT CLOSED YET

Dear Sirs ,

May I request you for some information .
The 498 case against all  was quashed  ON ALL ACCUSED A1 TO A4 in April 2016 by APHIGH COURT HYD BUT SO FAR THE CASE IS NOT CLOSED IN NAMPALLY COURT .
In the month of May  2016 I went and submitted the orders copies along with the memo in nampally court but the judge was on leave.and the case in Nampally court still there and posted to OCT , 2016.
Your suggestion as to how to close this case can we send a RTI NOW.?

Regards,

Judicial proceedings are belyond the ambit of RTI Act.

Only good follow up by advocate is the one and  only solution.

You consult your advocate. Now if  the Judge is back from vacation. You can file advancement application and close the case.

Once the FIR has been quashed by the Hon'ble High Court, you need not bother for the proceedings at the Nampally Court. The Nampally Court will automatically get the report from the Hon'ble High Court. The Ld. Trial Court can not proceed in the said case as the FIR and all the proceedings emanating therefrom have been quashed. you should not bother at all.
