498 - caveat

Team, Wife filed false case under 498a in 2011. In 2012 , filed for re-investigation that is allowed is lower Cort n rejected in session by 2014 . Again in 2014 , she filed application for further investigation which got rejected in 2017.. Now she obviously going to High Court. Can I file Caveat in HC to avoid delay in case , as she is delaying case just to harass me n my family.. Can a Caveat filed to avoid stay in such case? Thanks
