i had case with my wife in family court and criminel court (498 case) . Family court case was settled(op and mc case ) .I got metual divoce .Family courts settlement pettion had wife will give supporting statement to me for 498 case in first class magistrate . , she gave resignation pettision in first class court ..But she did not come in first class court. and she did not give evidence given in a court in first class magistrate. . Have any problem in my feature?

yes unless and untill 498A is not decided till date you have problem you are dowry victim you have to face hearing each month and you have to prove you innocence till you get aquitted in 498

you could have finished 498a first and later on family case could have been settled.
As on now they is no gurantee that the case 498a will be finished smoothly
