498 case

My sister raised a complaint 498 in police station at madhapur.SHO called for councelling.During councellig boys side agreedthat they will come in a week and settle matter mutually,but after a week they didnot come.In between boys side went for anticipatory bail.In this situation please suggest how my sister should proceed?

Matter has to go in court. If he do not get antipatory bail n not present in court n settle terms,he will be arrested. Follow the matter further

since they havent done as agreed take it to the notice of sho.if fir is not registered they will proceed with it and start their investigation.if the boys side had got ab then they wont be arrested if not they will be arrested
