498 a - chargesheet filing

Does the PS have any time limit for filing CS sir.

                First of all dont pronounce the word "hubby" to your husband as u dont know what to speak....................

Dont file for 498a case, go for MCD.................Why u try to harrass husband instead of that file for divorce and be scot free and be free to remain isolated forever...................

Chargesheet has to be file by Investigating officer who handle ur case and has to be filed within max 90 days

saba charge sheet or  final report is submitted by i.o. to their circle officer after that circle officer submits that  charge sheet in court. time frame is 90 days

saba  : sanjeedgi : is nowhere in your query . there should be used very sofisticated words especialy in legal query / advice or legal drafting. hense why do you want to call your husband hubby ? hubby word is used in love . you have already bothered your husband enough. in your relation where is love ?

now cs will be sent in copying department after that case number will be allocatted and after that charges will be framed and evidance will get started
