Your wife is eligible to file a case against you u/s 498a, 3 & 4 of DP Act and also DV act once she proves that you are her husband due to an event called as marriage that took place between you both (that you were trapped due to the said event into a wrong hand), this eligibility empowers her to file the said case from her own place also, so plan make frequent picnic trips to Gujrat and back from Rajasthan. Sorry to say this but fact cannot be avoided.

rightly advised by mr kalaiselvan...nothing more to add.
however would like to know, if the said case can be challenged on grounds of jurisdiction and false claims of incidents that took place gujrat..if false claims can be challenged and then case transferred back to rajasthan
