RCR at this stage is of no use and can further aggravate UR legal problems.U cannot dictate limitations for filing chargesheet in criminal cases.

Suit under Section 9 HMA 1956 shall be of little help to you except the fact you want to get a negative reply from your wife that she donot want to live with you to save the marriage and slap a case for divorce (cruelity and desertion).

Under the circumstancs, filing petition u/s.9 of Hindumarriages Act may not be of much beneficial to you.

Filing a petition under section 9 of HMA is just a gimmick if you do not have a real intention to live together with her but just to avoid the present problem of pending criminal case.
