Dear All,

I want to take your advice. My case situation is as follow.

My wife file a case under sec 498, 323,506, IPC & 3&4 DP act

Charge sheet file against my all family member

Case sent to allahabad mediation cente

I also file a divoce case before filing of a case under sectio 498a etc.

In divoce case she file maintiance case but she is working she have goverment job which pay 32000 salary

She write  some letter during three year & record our all mobile conversion

I want to your advice / opinion on following points.

First of all please give opinion she have some false letter witten by her after 20-25 days of marriage & long mobile coversion recording. this is create any problem to get bail for me or family member

mobile conversion only that i want to live her but my father or mom is not ready to accept her

My father sister & mother never come our delhi house where we reside

Any of way my father & mother & sister free from this case because all of them give a notice in local new paper. all are not live with me  we are living in kanpur & i live in delhi

After mediation fail generally what is high court order

How much person require to six persons bail in up

Mediation report have impact on the high court bail order.

My wife file case for maintenace but she is working goverment jon & get 25000/- & i have no job from last month i am software consultants & get 30000 rupee slary before one month

I have some ancestral property. this fact impact on the decise of maintenace

Choose the forum of Family law not Civil Law, yu will get advise from many.  You raised query in the forum of Civil law.

after failure of the case in mediation centre, it will now be decided on merits. mobile conversations will not have any effect on 498a. since she is already working as a governement employee, no demand for maintenance should be accepted but contested vigorously by your advocate
